Applicable to All Ticket Giveaway Contests — NFL Football, Live Music & Events
Effective: Summer 2025 | Better View Windows & More, LLC
1. Contest Eligibility
These terms and conditions apply to all ticket giveaway contests conducted by Better View Windows & More, LLC, including but not limited to NFL football games, live music concerts, and other ticketed events.
- Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States of America.
- Employees of Better View Windows & More, LLC, The Better View Corporation, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
- Only one (1) individual per household may win in any single contest drawing.
2. How to Enter
Participants may earn up to four (4) total entries per contest period through the following methods (one entry per method):
- Online Entry — Submitted via our website, Facebook page, or designated online entry form.
- Showroom Entry — Completed in person at the Better View Windows & More showroom.
- Review Entry — Submission of an online review on a designated platform as announced per contest.
- Additional Entry — As announced for specific contests (e.g., referrals, shares, or other qualifying actions).
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Duplicate entries beyond the four (4) entry maximum will be disqualified. All entries must be received by the announced deadline for that specific contest.
3. Prize Description
The prize for each contest will be announced at the time the contest is posted and may include, but is not limited to:
- NFL Football Contests: Two (2) tickets to the announced Washington Commanders (or other NFL team) game, plus one (1) parking pass.
- Music & Concert Contests: Two (2) tickets to the announced performance at a participating venue, including the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach or the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion (The Dome) in Virginia Beach, Virginia, plus a parking pass where available and applicable.
- Additional prizes or upgrades may be announced at Better View Windows & More’s discretion.
All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No substitutions will be made except at the sole discretion of Better View Windows & More.
4. Drawing & Winner Selection
- Drawings will take place on the announced date and will be conducted live on the Better View Windows & More Facebook page.
- The time of the live drawing may vary depending on the number of entries received, business operations, and scheduling. Drawings may occur at any point during business hours on the announced day.
- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline.
- If any information provided by the winner is found to be false, incomplete, or incorrect, Better View Windows & More reserves the right to disqualify that winner and select an alternate winner.
- The winner will be notified via the platform through which they entered (e.g., Facebook, email, or phone) and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or an alternate winner will be selected.
5. Ticket Delivery
- Most tickets will be delivered electronically. Winners must have a valid email address and a smartphone capable of displaying a digital ticket to gain entry to the event. Parking passes to the amphitheater are required to be picked up from the Better View Windows showroom. It is a physical pass that hangs from your vehicle’s mirror.
- Better View Windows & More is not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, misdirected, or inaccessible in the winner’s email or digital wallet.
- Winners who prefer an in-person transfer may visit the Better View Windows & More showroom to have tickets transferred directly to their device, by appointment during normal business hours.
- Tickets cannot be resold. If Better View Windows & More discovers that a winner has resold or attempted to resell tickets, the winner forfeits all prizes and may be barred from future contests.
6. Event-Specific Conditions
NFL Football Contests
- Better View Windows & More is not responsible if the Washington Commanders or any other NFL team is required to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a game for any reason.
- Winner acknowledges that footballs, merchandise, and other objects may be thrown or projected during the game, and that the winner assumes all risk of injury from such objects or other incidents at the venue.
- Winner is responsible for adhering to all NFL and stadium policies, including bag policies, code of conduct, and any health-related requirements in effect on the day of the event.
Music & Concert Contests
- Better View Windows & More is not responsible if a performing artist, tour, or promoter cancels, postpones, or reschedules a performance for any reason, including but not limited to illness, weather, or acts of God.
- Applicable venues include the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater at Virginia Beach and the Atlantic Union Bank Pavilion (The Dome) at Virginia Beach. Other venues may be announced for specific contests.
- Parking passes, when included, are subject to availability and venue-specific policies. Not all music contest prizes will include parking. Parking availability will be stated in the specific contest announcement.
- Outdoor amphitheater events are subject to weather conditions. No refunds or replacements will be issued for weather-related events or venue decisions outside the control of Better View Windows & More.
- Winner is responsible for adhering to all venue, promoter, and artist-specific policies, including bag policies, prohibited items, lawn vs. reserved seating rules, and any health-related requirements in effect on the day of the event.
7. Limitation of Liability
By entering this contest and/or accepting a prize, participants agree to the following:
- Better View Windows & More, LLC, The Better View Corporation, and all of their officers, directors, employees, and agents are held harmless and fully indemnified from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or losses arising from participation in the contest, travel to or from any event, or attendance at any event.
- Better View Windows & More is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or harm that occurs at any venue, in any parking facility, or in transit to or from any event.
- Better View Windows & More is not responsible for delays, cancellations, rescheduling, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, civil unrest, or governmental actions.
- Winner assumes all personal risk associated with attending the event, including but not limited to crowd conditions, weather exposure at outdoor venues, and all activities occurring at the event.
8. Health & Safety Compliance
Winners are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with all current health, safety, and entry requirements for any venue or event at the time of attendance. These requirements are subject to change without notice and may include vaccination verification, masking policies, or other public health measures. Better View Windows & More assumes no responsibility for the winner’s ability to satisfy any such requirements.
9. Publicity & Media Authorization
- By entering the contest, all participants authorize Better View Windows & More, LLC and its duly assigned agents to use their name, likeness, photographs, video footage, and written or verbal testimonials for marketing and promotional purposes, including social media, print, and digital advertising, without additional compensation.
- By accepting a prize, the winner agrees not to seek or receive any further compensation related to their participation in, or promotion of, this contest.
- The winner agrees not to take any action — whether intentional or reasonably foreseeable — that could materially harm the reputation, business interests, or public image of Better View Windows & More, LLC, The Better View Corporation, or any of their officers, directors, employees, or affiliates.
10. General Conditions
- Better View Windows & More reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any contest at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
- All decisions made by Better View Windows & More regarding contest administration, winner eligibility, and prize fulfillment are final and binding.
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising from participation in a contest shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
- If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- Participation in this contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions in their entirety.
